为全面提高国际学生综合素质，树立先进典型榜样，营造积极向上的校园文化氛围，根据学校《关于开展评选2025届优秀毕业生工作的通知》，现将国际学生优秀毕业生评选有关事宜通知如下：
In order to comprehensively enhance the overall quality of international students, establish exemplary role models, and foster a positive and uplifting campus culture, in accordance with the university'sNotice on the Selection of Outstanding Graduates of 2025, the relevant matters concerning the selection of outstanding international graduates are hereby announced as follows:
一、评选范围Eligibility
我校2025届国际学生毕业生，包括：2021级本科毕业生、2022级硕士毕业生。延期至本年度毕业的国际学生不得参评。
The applicant should be able to graduatein2025, including the undergraduate students enrolled in 2021 and master’s students enrolled in 2022. Students enrolled in previous years who have postponed their graduation to 2025 are not eligible for application.
二、申请条件Criteria
1.学业要求:按时完成培养计划并取得学位，学习成绩优异。
Complete the curriculum and obtain the degree with excellent academic performance.
2.综合素质Comprehensive Quality
(1)遵守中国法律法规和学校的各项规章制度，品德优秀，无违法犯罪记录和违规违纪行为；
(2)对中国友好，尊重中国风俗习惯，尊师爱校，品行端正，团结同学，关心集体；
(3)积极参加学校和mg电子试玩
组织的各类活动，热心社会公益
(1) Comply with Chinese laws, regulations and university rules & regulations, with excellent moral qualities, and no criminal or disciplinary violations;
(2) Respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people,respect faculty and staff, maintain a harmonious relationship with classmates, and care about the collective;
(3)Actively participate in activities organized by university and college, be enthusiastic about social welfare, and make outstanding contributions to the school and college.
3.荣誉与表现Honors and Performance
(1)在校期间获得1次或以上浙江省政府奖学金；
(2)在校期间获得1次或以上校级及校级以上荣誉；
(3)同等条件下获得过奖励、公开发表过学术论文及曾为学校赢得过荣誉者优先考虑。
(1)Have receivedZhejiangProvincial Government Scholarships or more during the study period;
(2)Have received one or multiple university-level or higher-level honors during the study period;
(3)Preference given to award recipients, published researchers, or those who have significantly contributed to the university's prestige.
三、评选流程Procedure
1.材料提交。Material Submission.
（1） 《浙江财经大学国际学生优秀毕业生申请表》扫描件（模板见附件1）；
（2）完整成绩单扫描件；
（3）在学期间校级及校级以上获奖证书扫描件电子版、（不包含浙江财经大学国际学生校级奖学金、单项奖学金）；
（4）在学期间已公开发表学术成果（其中期刊论文需要提交期刊封面、目录页与论文mg电子试玩复印件）
（1）APPLICATION FORM FORZUFEOUTSTANDINGINTERNATIONAL GRADUATES (see Attachment 1);
（2）Scanned copy of the complete transcript
（3）Scanned copy of university-level or higher-level honors certificates (University Scholarship and Individual Scholarship are not included)
（4）Other supporting materials, including photocopies of published academic papers, including the cover, table of contents and main text.

2.School Review
School of International Education will be responsible for organizing the review, adhering to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality.
3.结果公示。拟评为2025届优秀国际学生毕业生名单将公示三个工作日。如有异议，请在公示期内联系mg电子试玩
。
3. Result Announcement
The list of 2025 ZUFE outstanding international graduates will be announced for THREE days. If there is any objection, please contact the School of International Education within the announced period.
四、其他说明Other Notes
1.在校期间受过处分或有不良记录者不得参评。
2.材料真实性。申请人应对提交的相关材料真实性负责。如经审核发现材料作假，将取消本次评审资格，并按相关规定给予申请人处分。
3.能够按规定在2025年毕业（如未能在2025年毕业，将追回其获评的优秀毕业生证书）;
1. Students who have received disciplinary actions or have a bad record during study period are not eligible for selection.
2. Authenticity of Materials. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials. If any fabrication is found after review, the applicant's qualification for this selection will be canceled, and the applicant will be punished according to relevant regulations.
3. Candidates shall complete all degree requirements and graduate in 2025 (the Excellent International Graduates will be revoked if not graduate on time).
请有意申请的国际学生下载申请表，于4月30日前将《浙江财经大学国际学生优秀毕业生申请表》及相关材料发送至邮箱：[email protected],逾期不受理。
Eligible international students should downloadandsubmit theApplication Form along with all supporting materials via email ([email protected]) no later than April 30, 2025.Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
