为落实我校“新财经战略”，构建高质量留学生培养体系，加强留学生创新创业能力培养，塑造浙财留学生金生。现举行第二届来华留学生创新创业大赛，现将有关事宜通知如下：
Dear Students,
To implement ouruniversity's "New Finance and Economics Strategy", build a high-quality training system for international students, strengthen theinnovation and entrepreneurship abilities among international students, and shape “golden students”ofZhejiang Finance and Economics international. Theuniversityplans to hold theSecondInternational Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
一、参赛对象Eligibility
我校在读的国际学生，其中2021、2022级本科生必须参加，其他年级本科生及研究生可自愿报名参赛。
International students currently enrolled in our university, undergraduates enrolled in 2021，2022 are required to participate. Undergraduate and graduate students from other grades can voluntarily participate in the competition.
二、参赛要求Requirements
1）参赛者可以个人或团队的形式参加，一个团队最多不超过3人，要求成员间的专业结构合理，具有关联性和互补性。
Participants can participate individually or as a team，with a team of no more than 3 people. It is required that the majors structure between the members is reasonable, relevant and complementary.
2）每个参赛个人或团队只能参加一个项目。
Each contestant, either as an individual or a team candidate, is allowed to submit only ONE project.
3）参赛个人或团队应在进行广泛市场调研和分析的基础上，制作将产品或服务推向市场的完整、具体的商业计划书，其中应包括项目的技术、市场前景、经营策略、资金需求等方面，并展示团队的成员和未来规划，商业模式清晰。
On the basis of extensive market research and analysis, the participating individual or team should prepare a complete, specific business plan to introduce the product or service to the market, which should include the project's technology, market prospect, business strategy, capital needs and other relevant content, and also include the introduction of team members and projects future planning. Business model must be clear and feasible.
三、赛事安排| Agenda
本次大赛分为书面评审和汇报展示两个环节，所有参赛者需在5月6号之前提交商业计划书至[email protected]。
This competition is divided into two stages: written evaluation and presentation. All participants are required to submit a business plan to [email protected] before May 6th.
对所有的参赛项目材料进行第一轮书面评审，推选出10-15组团队参加最终汇报展示环节。
Conduct the first round of written evaluation of all participating project materials and select 10-15 teams to participate in the finalpresentationstage.
决赛预计于5月27日举行，参赛者以汇报形式展示项目，通过评审团提问、选手答辩环节，经综合评定后，决出大赛一、二、三等奖若干名。
The final is expected to be held on May 27th, and participants will present their projects in the form of reports. Through the questioning by the jury and the contestant's defense, the first, second, and third prizes of the competition will be determined after comprehensive evaluation.
