为创建良好的住宿环境，充分发挥国际学生自我管理、自我服务功能，现就本年度宿舍助管选拔工作通知如下：
To create a positive accommodation environment and fully leverage international students' capacities for self-management and self-service, we are pleased to announce the selection process for this year's International Student Apartment Assistant as follows:
一、选拔对象Election Objective
1. 楼层长9名，Floor Manager Nine Seats Available；
2.公共厨房管理员 Manager of Public Kitchen Two Seats Available;
说明：该岗位仅面向目前校内住宿的二年级及以上学生选拔。 Note：Applicants shall be current on-campus residents in their second year of study or above.
二、职责和责任 Position and Responsibilities
1. 具有较强的安全责任意识，督促校内住宿学生遵守宿舍相关管理制度； Demonstrate a strong sense of safety responsibility by urging on-campus students to comply with all dormitory regulations.
2. 协助值班辅导员管理宿舍，定期开展宿舍检查，有效排查宿舍安全隐患、及时处置宿舍突发情况； Assist the teacher on duty in daily dormitory management, conduct regular room inspections, effectively identify potential safety hazards, and respond promptly to emergencies.
3. 熟悉本楼学生情况，及时向办公室提供校内住宿学生安全、健康等重要信息； Maintain familiarity with the students in the building and promptly report critical information regarding student safety and well-being to the office.
4. 具有较强的卫生意识，引导宿舍内学生养成健康良好的生活习惯，创造文明的住宿环境； Exhibit strong hygiene awareness by guiding students to develop healthy living habits and helping to create a civilized living environment.
5. 及时制止夜晚制造噪音、使用违禁电器、留宿校外人员等各种违规行为； Proactively stop violations such as creating excessive noise at night, using prohibited appliances, or having unauthorized overnight guests.
6. 乐于助人，帮助宿舍内学生做好热水开户、电费缴费、宿舍报修等工作。根据需要，陪同生病学生及时就医并看护； Be helpful and supportive by assisting students with practical tasks such as activating hot water service, paying electricity bills, and submitting maintenance requests. When necessary, accompany sick students to medical appointments and provide care.
7. 定期更新宿舍公告栏信息，向宿舍内学生传递mg电子试玩
发布的重要通知； Regularly update the dormitory notice board and disseminate important university announcements to students.
8. 协助做好宿舍公共厨房的安全与卫生管理工作。 Assist in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the public kitchens in the dormitory.
三、选拔过程Election Process
1. 符合选拔要求的学生, 扫码下载申请表，于2025年10月8日前将报名表提交至邮箱[email protected]。 Students who meet the requirements can scan the QR code below to download the application form and submitit to email [email protected] before October 8th . Download the application form here

对报名竞选学生进行资格审查，通过资格审查的学生进入到面试环节； The School of International Education will review all applications for eligibility. Qualified candidates will proceed to the interview.

留学生管理办公室负责组织面试，面试结束后公布面试成绩，确定宿舍助管人选； The International Student Office will conduct the interviews. Following the interviews, the results will be announced, and the Dormitory Assistant appointments will be finalized.
4. 宿舍助管需经历一个月的试用期，试用期间表现优秀者继续留任，考核不合格者将予以解聘。 Floor manager of the building and manager of public kitchen will undergo a probation period of 1 months.
四、荣誉与奖励Honors and Awards
1. 宿舍助管作为国际学生干部的重要组成部分，享有与国际学生联合会干部同等待遇； Dormitory Assistants are recognized as important members of the international student leadership and will enjoy the same treatment as members of the International Student Union.
2. 宿舍助管每月可以获得一定津贴,主要用于电话补贴； Each Dormitory Assistant will receive a monthly stipend, primarily intended for communication expenses.
