第三十二条 Article thirty-two

在考试（含考查，下同）过程中有以下行为之一的，视情节轻重给予警告或严重警告处分：

A warning or serious warning shall be given depending on the seriousness of any of the following acts in the course of the examination:

（一）不听从监考人员安排或不按指定位置就座或擅自交换考试座位者；

Those who do not follow the arrangements of the invigilators or do not take their seats according to the designated positions or exchange seats without authorization;

（二）携带规定以外的物品进入考场且未放在指定位置者；

Those who bring articles other than those prescribed into the examination room and fail to put them in the designated place;

（三）考试开始信号发出前答题或结束信号发出后继续答题者；

Those who take the test before the starting time or do not stop taking the test after the end of the examination time;

（四）未经监考人员同意互借文具者；

Those who borrow stationery from others without invigilator’s permission;

（五）未经监考人员同意在考试过程中擅自离开考场者；

Those who leave the examination room without the invigilator’s permission during the examination;

（六）委托他人代交试卷者；

Those who entrust others to hand in the examination papers;

（七）其他扰乱考场秩序者。

Other circumstances where test takers disturb the order of the examination room.

第三十三条 Article thirty-three

在考试过程中有下列行为之一的，给予记过处分：

Anyone who commits any of the following acts in the course of an examination shall be given a demerit record:

（一）违反考场规则携带与考试内容有关的文字材料或电子设备者；

Carrying any written materials or electronic equipment related to the content of the examination in violation of examination rules ;

（二）在开卷考试中借用其他考生的书籍、笔记、资料等物品者；

Borrowing books, notes, materials, etc. from others during the open-book examination;

（三）在课桌、墙面等地方书写与考试有关的内容者；

Writing the contents related to the examination in places like desks and walls;

（四）在考试过程中旁窥、交头接耳、互打暗号或手势者；

Peep, whisper, signal or gesture to each  other during the course of the examination;

（五）在试卷或答卷上标记特殊信息者；

Marking special marks on examination papers or answer sheets

（六）答卷被其他考生拿走却不及时向监考人员报告者；

Failing to report to the invigilator in time when the examination papers were taken by others;

（七）擅自将试卷、答卷带出考场或参加考试故意不上交试卷者；

Taking the examination paper or answer sheet out of the examination room without authorization or deliberately failing to hand in the examination paper;

（八）携带手机等通讯工具，经检查含有考试相关内容者；

Carrying a mobile phone or other electronic devices containing relevant information about the examination;

（九）采用与上述情节相近的其他手段作弊者。

Cheating by other means similar to the above-mentioned circumstances.

第三十四条 Article thirty-four

在考试过程中或考试完成后有下列行为之一的，给予留校察看处分：

If any of the following acts occurs during or after the examination, the student shall be given  disciplinary probation:

（一）抄袭他人答卷或与考试内容相关的资料者；

Those who plagiarize others’ answers or materials related to the content of the examination;

（二）有意将自己试题答卷或与考试内容相关的资料让他人抄袭者；

Those who intend to let others copy their own examination papers or information related to the content of the examination;

（三）传、接与考试课程有关的信息、资料或物品者；

Those who transmit or receive information, materials or articles related to the examination course;

（四）传递或交换试卷、答卷、草稿纸者；

Those who pass or exchange examination papers, answer sheets and draft papers;

（五）借故到考场外偷看有关考试内容的资料，或与他人交谈有关考试内容者；

Those who make excuses to go outside the examination venue to peek at information about the examination or to talk with others about the examination;

（六）抢夺、窃取他人试卷、答卷或强迫他人为自己抄袭提供方便者；

Robbing or stealing others’ examination paper, answer sheet, or forcing others to aid them in plagiarizing;

（七）团伙作弊参与者；

Those who participate in any group cheating;

（八）故意销毁试卷、答卷或考试材料者；

Intentionally destroying examination papers, answer sheets or examination materials;

（九）使用不正当手段更改试卷答案或考试成绩者；

Using improper means to change the answers on the examination papers or the examination scores;

（十）在考试过程中使用通讯设备作弊情节较轻者；

Cheating by using telecommunication devices in the course of an examination in a less serious way;

（十一）替人考试者（包括替校外人员）；

Those who  take part in the exam for others.  (including help others who are not a student of ZUFE) ;

（十二）与上述情节相近的其他作弊者。

Other cheating behaviors similar to the above-mentioned circumstances.

第三十五条 Article thirty-five

在考试过程中或考试完成后有下列行为之一的，给予开除学籍处分：

Any student who, during or after the examination, commits any of the following acts shall be expelled from the university:

（一）请人代考者（包括请校外人员）；

Ask others to take the examination (including off-campus personnel) ;

（二）在考试过程中使用通讯设备或其他器材作弊情节严重者；

Those who use telecommunication devices or other equipments to cheat seriously in the course of the examination;

（三）团伙作弊组织者；

Organizers of group cheating;

（四）故意销毁考场作弊证据者；

Intentionally destroying evidence of cheating in the examination room;

（五）向他人出售考试试题或答案牟取利益者；

Selling examination questions or answers to others for profit;

（六）其他严重作弊或严重扰乱考试秩序行为者。

Other serious acts of cheating or disturbing the order of the examination.

第三十六条 Article thirty-six

国际学生触犯本规定第三十条、第三十二至三十五条者，考试课程（环节） 成绩以零分计，其成绩单上注明“违纪”字样

If an international student violates articles thirty, thirty-two to thirty-five , the score of the relevant course will be zero, and the transcript will be marked with  “disciplinary violation”
